They Say...

The EVOD clearomizer has an eGo style fitting with a replaceable bottom coil, transparent tank covered by a metal protective cover. These clearomizers hold around 1.6ml of liquid.

Filling Instructions

Please be aware that with this design, the top mouthpiece does not come off. To fill, unscrew the base from the tank, turn the tank upside down and pour liquid down the sides of the tube. Screw the bottom element back on whilst the unit is still upside down and then the unit is ready to be used.

510 threaded, suitable for use on devices with a 510 thread like the eGo battery.

Smoked for 15 years, vaped from early 2013 - WOW what a difference. Really enjoy tasting something nice and not stinking of smoke all the time. Run marathons these days, couldn't have imagined that when I was smoking.

Evod 11.0

So far I haven't found a clearomizer that can compare to it and for the price it's a steal. Tried a few other clearomizers for example the vivi nova and this is 10 times better, no tilting, easier to refill, way less gargling and way less flooding.

Evod 8.6

i like things simple.
all that faffing around with duel quadruple coils in tanks with wire mesh costing the earth because they are made of surgical grade aluminium or some other rare metal is all well and good and many of us me included regard this vaping as a hobby nowadays.
but sometimes its just nice to stick some juice in something simple and fill the room with steam.
this is where the EVOD comes in its just so simple to use, comes in loads of different colours, fits on anything with an ego thread and looks quite cool especially in silver.
Now i'm a vivi nova user in all its various guises but since buying a couple of these they are collecting dust, the reason well with a vivi nova the coil is at the top which is all well and good when the tank is full, but we all know, well those of us that use top coil tanks that you get so far down you have to start swilling it around like a brandy glass to avoid that burnt taste.
This is where the EVOD has an advantage its coil sits on the bottom so no swilling required. so when you get that burnt taste believe me its empty and you wont get juice everywhere because you fill the upside down.
taste wise and vapour wise it has have an advantage to over top coil tanks the downside is the vape is cooler but you may prefer this.
They are very well made. replacement coils are easy to replace or re wick yourself if that's your thing in exactly the same way you would do a vivi or ce5 tank.
the only downside i have found is sometimes they go a bit girgly and leak but ive put this down to the coil head. i know this because i had three heads on the go which i had re wicked but one head when in use always gargled and leaked so i threw it problem solved. but you might come across this so i thought i should mention it.
One other thing, i have a few ego's from different vendors and i have noticed although they should be all the same that if you use a ring type lanyard that on some ego's you cant tighten them up so they make a connection.
Again this is not the case with all ego's as others i have work fine.

All in all this is a cracking little tank that deserves a place whether your a novice or experienced vaper.
So simple so cost effective and performance that you just wouldn't expect from something so inexpensive .

Happy vaping. :)

Evod 9.6

This clearo deserves a review.

The Evod easily holds its ground in its class. Exellent for any beginner, but lots of experienced vapors (i am somewhere in between I guess) use it too. It's easy. Good flavor, good vapor. It uses the same coils as the Protank and the protank mini. These coils are easy to rebuild.

It comes in many colours. Handy when you want to switch between different liquids quickly. Or like purple :-)
Draw is better than the Protank 2 or the Protank mini 2.
It's tank is rather small. Easy to fill (easier than a protank or protank mini). The little window makes it hard to see how much liquid there is left though. Cleaning is easy, though you can not totally seperate all the pieces. Also the driptip is fixed, but I find the tip fine.

It is small and sleek and therefor very handy when on the move for example with a 650 ego style battery or an itaste VV 3.

If you like bottom coils, it is handy to have a few of these Evods. They are very affordable too.
It will likely stay in use in my collection for a long time.

  • fixed driptip, not a problem for me though
  • small tank
  • hard to see the content of the tank
