Bread of Heaven

They Say...

This is a mellow tobacco vape; slightly sweet with warm, fruity overtones. This will appeal to those who want an all day tobacco vape but don’t want the harshness of tobacco itself. It is a shapeshifter, keeping you guessing whilst delivering on flavour.

So this is very very different for me :)

It is good quality - well made - nothing nasty
But it is a very very complex flavour

Cowing lush! I vaped 3ml before I could do anything else.
I don't get tobacco, malt or bread but it's heavenly. As other's have said, it's hard to nail down exactly but it's like the aroma of a freshly opened pack of Haribo, yet soft and doughy rather than sugary sweet, very charming and Moorish. I got no throat "hit" at all, it was just like custard being poured down your throat.
Definitely for me a fruit pudding rather than a malty tobacco ... so the search for that vanilla malt tobacco continues ... or maybe the complexity of this vape will change my mind over time ...
I'm going to buy some more Bread of Heaven though, in 0 Nicotine for before bedtime ... super, smashing, great!

This is definitely an excellent juice. The flavor? I just can't tell you, I find it strong, but not aggressive. You have of course a blend flavor but after that it's like a little sweet, and then you get some fruity taste but I can't tell you what kind of fruit.
Just a must-have juice, I bought only a 10ml bottle and now I need more...

Awsome Juice! Nothing has touched my setup since I was introduced to it 6 months ago. Depths of complexity that I never get tired of. Lemony lime citrus seems to be the main element but with a hint of sweetness that seems to develop more with age while the citrus mellows. The underlying hint of tobacco blends perfectly. Your not buying one juice your buying a multitude of flavours that you will never quite settle. It keeps you guessing and wanting to pick it up for another try. Maybe not for someone who wants a simple straight flavour and doesn't want to take there vaping journey to the next level.

This is greatest juice I have ever tasted, I can't define all the ingredients. Sometimes it's caramel, sometimes is citrus, sometimes it's tobacco, mine friend says that for him it's raspberry.
This one was mine first premium juice I have tried, after it I have tried many other famous juices, most of them didn't like, and the rest of them I didn't like at all.
Came back to BoH again this month, and man this really is bread of heaven!

I ordered this juice based on reviews from this site and was extremely excited for it to arrive.

Unfortunately, what I got was not at all expected.

I like my complex juices, how flavors meld and fade into something completely different. Bread of Heaven, however, just went from one unpleasant flavor to another. I could smell the tobacco base, but didn't taste it. I felt like I was vaping some of my grandfather's aftershave...

It did produce a good throat hit and vapor, though.

Really wanted to love this juice, as heard so much about it. It is a little too clovey for me - something there that just screams NO !!! - plenty more that screams YES !!!
Definitely one to try, most people seem to love it.
I'm still steeping it, and it does mellow a little, but compared to EL Torro it is not better.
Overall a fair juice though.

To my great surprise, Bread of Heaven's main taste is exactly the same as Native Soul (All about Vapor), which was my all day vape for a long time. Getting back to Norway makes getting Native Soul more difficult, but I don't have to care about that anymore, BoH is even better! In addition to the great tobacco-like, nutty, malt flavour, it got very pleasing, quite subtle tones of fruit which just takes it over the top. I'm so happy to have found this, and I'm ordering more straight away!

Where to start ..... This is an amazingly satisfying liquid. I've been vaping this for about 6 weeks now and I still can't quite pin point the very unique and delicate flavours. For me there are lovely traces of cloves and a floralness of potpourri that is extremely pleasant. It also has a certain tea-like quality to the taste .... sweet but not too sweet..... It's very difficult to nail down the taste but definitely suitable as an all day vape. Big thumbs up!

Many reviews here have given a good description of the taste of BOH. I will simply say it is an impressive liquid. I was a heavy smoker for 45 years. Now stopped through vaping and have had no desire for a cigarette. I used to hand-roll strong tobacco. BOH gives me the same satisfaction but I have to say it does not really copy the strong tobacco flavour. Rather it provides me with a unique taste experience that replaces a strong tobacco flavour. Really enjoyable. Will also say that the service from Druids Brew is very good with fast delivery.

Utterly inspired! This stuff is sublime. Brings to mind Keats' "Season of mists and mellow fruitfulness". Comfort food in vape form. Rich, mouthwatering, complex and smooth. No single flavour dominates - it is the subtle combination that makes this a real gourmet vape.

I don't mix my own so I now buy 2 different strengths in order to vape it morning and night. I don't have an ADV as such, preferring to switch flavours. On the other hand this is the one flavour I keep coming back to time after time. It would certainly be top of my list as a Desert Island Vape.

It may seem a little extreme to give it 11 all round but, whilst most flavours have one thing that lets them down, the only complaint I have about BoH is that it is rather too addictive. Simply can't get enough - which is quite appropriate I suppose. Ydyw’r Un a’m cwyd i’r lan. Thank you Gallus.

Incidentally customer service here is second to none and it is clear this guy really cares about his product.

I vaped about 40 ml of this juice on two different setups (Ithaka with silica and 360 with mesh), after a week of steeping.

The flavour is quite difficult to describe; I taste notes of citrus, malt, candies, it reminds me of the Panettone/Easter dove dough.

The best part of this liquid is how smoothly all the notes blend together, I can't imagine the number of iterations that Paul went through to tune the recipe so well; as every well balanced recipe, this could become an all day vape for many people, it's never annoying and leaves a very pleasant aftertaste.

It vapes very well either on silica or mesh, I find it perfect on Ithaka with a 1.4 ohm single coil resistance at 9-10 watts, creamy and tasty vapor.

Also, the bottle it comes within is comfortable and safe, the shipment is fast, a nicotine-free version for downmixing is provided and the price is absolutely right, heartily recommended.

Still trying to pin down the flavour...something smoky, um, something fruity (?), yeasty, malty - definitely. It is very seldom you come across unique flavours in vaping. Even Squid Ink, which is complex and esuriant can be more easily pinned down than this. The nearest I can come is the odd, slightly fruity, yeasty, soft flavour that I remember from Lardy Cakes as a child. It beongs with the high tea time had with an elderly relative, that unexpected treat that you only ever seem to have when you visit, even though you'd love to make it a regular. It is very, very morish. An absolute must try for any vaper. I'm guessing once you do, it will stay on your list.

    Bread of Heaven 11.0

I've been vaping Bread of Heaven each day for about 5 or 6 weeks and it has defied all my attempts to describe it. All descriptions, including this one, are just jibber jabber as they will not do justice to the experience of vaping this juice.

The only truly identifiable flavour, to my palate, is a pronounced citrus/lemon note. And I'm uncomfortable stating this because I cannot stand fruity vapes. BoH is not a fruity vape!
While there is no particular taste of it you know there is a tobacco background by the sensations as you vape and by the marvellous smokiness of the vapour.
In addition there seems to be layer of unidentifiable blended spices (or something) which contributes greatly to the both the flavour of the vape and the quality of the throat hit.
While this juice has a fantastic flavour, I'm thinking that it's the quality of the throat hit (when vaped in a Clockworks RDA) that sets this juice apart from all others I've come across. It has a quality that is not accounted for by the usual factors such as nicotine, PG content or high wattage. There seems to be a particular ingredient that impacts on the back of the throat in the most perfect way, which you just want to repeat over and over, until you fall down.

Can only echo the previous comments, this is a hell of a complex flavour. If I had to describe it briefly it tastes like Panettone, the Italian sweet bread, very mellow, hints of candied fruits, especially citrus and maybe raisin but not overly sweet or sickly, with a mild tobacco background but I wouldn't describe it as a tobacco flavour. Absolutely delicious though, one of the most flavourful juices I've tried but with an excellent balance, nothing jumps out and hits too hard. Not let it steep as yet so be interested to see how flavour develops but all in all, outstanding.

Top marks to Gallus for producing such an outstanding and unique flavour.

    What to say....

I'd decided a good while ago that while I would still sample pre-made juices, I wouldn't be reliant on vendors for my liquids.
Fast forward to a few months ago when 'The Druid' put out his first round samples after he'd finalised his recipe and I was hooked!

It tastes different than any other juice I've had. Comparisons would be as others have said to subtle tobaccos, but fruity, chocolaty, citrusy, caramels, malty, to name but a few.
It changes over time the more it steeps. Sometimes I get a sherbet lemon type flavour but without the zing, sometimes it's like good old Soreen (malt loaf) and sometimes it could be similar to an RY4.

All these different flavours I've experienced are from the same batch, even the same bottle of juice that I've left to steep longer (even though it comes ready to go).

It is a must for at least one of my setups every day and can't recommend that you try it highly enough!

And The Druid is a really nice chap to deal with as well.

Got to buy mine straight off the man himself Gallus. Very nice person to talk to btw. Customer service is top notch.
    Straight up top shit!

    On to the juice

Juice will remind you of shire malt but with a flavor burst. Like in your face flavor. Flavorings used in this tasted familiar, within time it should mellow down a little.

Inhale: In your face shire malt with a lil creamy taste
Exhale: Nice mellow woody tone with that shire malt taste lingering
Overall: Not an all day vape for me but it'll be fucking awesome for after meals or while you're at the couch watching a movie and relaxing.

Very pleased with the juice and ultimately the customer service. He will sort you out in anyway that he can think of. But bear in mind, whatever loss on you side be it package gets destroyed or whatever. You need to take it like a man. :D

And with that, i thank Gallus again for the wonderful customer service and a mini chat over at the pit.

    Bread of Heaven 10.5

Bread of Heaven is one of two juices that complete my current typical all-day vaping selection (the other being Long Bottom Leaf). It's a enigmatic little number and the flavour notes can seemingly change with the wind - different components coming through sometimes more than others.

The flavour suits the branding, with a heady, old-world taste that's very evocative of pipe tobacco, honey, baking smells and even a very light touch of incense. There's a sweetness to it, but it's not what I'd call a "sweet vape". In fact I vape almost tobacco flavours the vast majority of the time and BoH has more in common with those than it does with sweeter dessert juices.

A first-class vape and highly recommended to discerning vapers.

This has been my all-dayer ever since it first became available.

I would describe it as a tobacco type, but very loosely. When it first arrives it has a kind of sharp fruity taste that stands out and I usually leave it to steep for a couple of weeks, it is a very mellow and well rounded flavour with occasional flavours jumping out, maybe plum or dried fruits, malt, tobacco, pretty difficult to pin any flavours down but it reminds me of EPM's pipe sauce in it's style but with much more complexity.

I am really fussy with juice, but this one hits the spot and I never seem to tire of it.

Another great thing about it is that it doesn't seem to gunk up my coils at all, I ran the same mesh wick for over 10 weeks without having to make a new one.

The first thing I'll say about Bread of Heaven is that I love the stuff, although it's quite difficult to describe!
It's a complex vape that keeps me interested and whatever other juice I try or enjoy, I keep coming back to it; and when I do I tend to vape it continuously for a good while-It never gets old. I've so far consumed 100ml and just ordered another 50ml... I don't want to be without it. Different flavours come through at different times, so to call it a "shapeshifter" seems very apt.
There is definitely a tobacco element, but mild and sweet, not harsh or overpowering like some tobaccos I've tried. It's smooth, yet tingly in the nostrils on the exhale and with a satisfying throat hit. There's a nice, fresh citrus element and some bakery/cake with a hint of spice. It is delicious!
It's a quality juice, one of my all time favourites; I can happily vape it all day long.
It goes equally well with a nice espresso or latte, or with a good bottle of ale, after a meal, whenever :-)
    Great stuff-try it !

    Bread of Heaven 10.3

I have been vaping this for a few days now and it is still puzzling me almost every time. Depending on which set up I use, I get a different flavour aspect. The tobacco note is very subtle and quite mellow, which I love. There is a definite fruity flavour here as well - sometimes citrus and sometimes......hot cross bun? I can't quite put my finger on it but I do know that it has me coming back to it time and again.

A lovely mellow, relaxing vape which I particularly enjoy on my e-pipe. Long Bottom Leaf for grown ups perhaps!

    Bread of Heaven 10.5

I've been vaping Bread of Heaven for a few months now after being one of the lucky people who got to try it while it was still in development.

The flavour starts with a subtle tobacco base and layered on top of that are subtle notes of bread, malt and a slightly fruity caramel sweetness. It's actually quite a difficult flavour to describe, which I think is a good thing as it's not overpowering for the taste buds. In some ways it reminds me a little of Long Bottom Leaf, but with a much more toned down malt component.

It's a subtle and complex flavour that seems to change throughout the day and give you different aspects of the flavour each time you vape it. Not too sweet, not too loud and decidedly complex.

One of my all day vapes!

    Nicotine Strength: 18mg
    PG/VG Ratio: 50/50
Atomiser/mod setup: Varied genesis and silica atomisers - good in both.
Flavour notes: Complex, subtle tobacco, fruit, malt, caramel...
    Bought from: The Druids Brew
Steeping method: Not needed. Was already steeped.

    Plusses
    • Lovely complex flavour
    • Great vapour production
