Smoked for 15 years, vaped from early 2013 - WOW what a difference. Really enjoy tasting something nice and not stinking of smoke all the time. Run marathons these days, couldn't have imagined that when I was smoking.

Atomic RDA 7.8

This atty is amazing. The quality of the craftsmanship is on point. There are, however, a few little things that I ran into and should note:

1. The screws were cutting my wire very easily. So finally I took the screws out and the ends were kinda concave so that the edges of each screw in two places were kinda sharp. So I filed them down and re-installed screws. Then it seemed I had stripped the center post out somehow. The screw wouldn't thread in. It would just push in and was loose. I took the screws back out and looked at the post and didn't see anything wrong. So I put a screw from another post in the center post and it worked fine again.

2. When I use the biggest holes on the AFC, it makes a whistle sound. Kind of annoying, but hey, whatever, I can deal with that.

3. I kept finding little shavings from my O-ring when I would take the cap off, when I first got it. It's seems like the fit was so tight that it was shaving off some of the O-ring. This stopped after bit and as of now, I have not had any issues with my O-ring snapping or leaking or anything. Also, I did get the O-ring bunched up a few times while putting the cap back and could see this popping the o-ring if one isn't careful.

I love the AFC on this thing. Being able to change your draw for your build or use just one air hole for a single coil makes this atty very versatile.

Wick type used: Silica
Mod body used: Panzer by MCV
Coil type: Dual
Bought from: Vape Dojo

  • Excellent Craftsmanship
  • AFC with big air holes
  • Screws need a little bit of attention
  • Should come with an extra o-ring
