Description from vendor site

This lively blend is reminiscent of the lost vintage drink known as the “Lime Rickey,” but with a sweet champagne substitute. The effervescent note of horehound herb is counterbalanced by a sweet cream, vanilla bean, a hint of roasted almond, and a twist of lime.

This juice was a bit surprising.

I've never had a Lime Rickey, and I have no idea what horehound tastes like, but in search of good citrus vapes I ordered a bottle of this.

The lime and earthy, herby flavour (presumably horehound) is a nice combination. The vanilla cream edge smoothes and balances nicely (I didn't notice almond myself). But it's so minty. Too minty for me. I'm not a big mint/menthol fan, a "hint of freshness" can be great, but I wasn't expecting it in this juice and my initial reaction was "aaarrgh, who put toothpaste in my ejuice".

I would liken this to a herby lime humbug. I kept going with it and became accustomed to the mint. I vaped it down to the last drop and enjoyed the experience, but I would have preferred less mint and more lime. The lime aftertaste is very nice, but the mint punch on the inhale is not for me. Way too powerful for an ADV for me too.

Despite not being exactly to my taste, the quality of the flavours in an objective sense is high - as you would expect in this price range.

A high quality juice with an interesting and unusual flavour that I expect will divide opinion.

I was sceptical about this at first, but it is definitely a grower, and was sad to hit the bottom of the bottle.
It has a great taste on the exhale, and you can really taste the lime at the end.
Great stuff from Five Pawns, one of the trusted brands I buy that doesn't disappoint...

When I started vaping this, I did not like it at all. A strange aroma, unknown to my senses. As the night progressed, it started to grow on me – still something different, but my senses seems to start adjusting to it, like someone getting used to red wine.

The throat hit on this is awesome and hits right on the sweet spot on a deep inhale. Then more than adequate vapor opens up the nasal passages like a menthol would, but the sensation is far less robust than menthol, more refined and different tasting. Imagine it is the horehound they refer to on their web site – ah, Google tells me it is from the mint family – not that it resembles the mint we know. Following the exhale an almost buttery sweetness, but still light, covers the roof of the mouth and upper tongue. The aftertaste is a light, refreshing sweetness with a very slight tang – the lime just making its presence felt.

The aroma of Fifth Rank has staying power, on your hands and in the mouth – affecting the taste of other juices vaped in between for quite some time.

One of the craziest most flavorful juices I have had. You either like it or hate it. It is a really good citrus lime vape. But the horehound gives it a mentholy kick. I don't taste much of the nut or the vanilla but I think that's because the lime and horehound are so strong. Definitely not an ADV but worth a try. It also is such a strong flavor if you want to get it out of your rda you have to replace the wick. and wash it thoroughly.
