Our Vanilla Custard is rich and creamy and very vanilla. It’s based on egg custard, is a complex blend and includes background spice notes. As it steeps the spices diminish and the whole flavour mellows out and becomes creamier and a little less spiced.
This flavour benefits from longer steeping. It’s great at 10 days (which is when we bottle it) though it continues to improve for 3 weeks or more.
